Kısaca: Offlayn, ekran süreni ve sosyal medya kullanımını azaltmana yardım eden bir araçtır. Kullanmak için bir hesap ve abonelik gerekir; ödemeler Google Play veya App Store üzerinden alınır ve oradan iptal edilir. Aile modunu yalnızca velisi olduğun çocuğun telefonunda ve onun bilgisiyle kullanabilirsin. Kişisel verilerin Gizlilik Politikası'na göre işlenir.
Taraflar ve kabul
Bu koşullar, Offlayn uygulamasını ve offlayn.com sitesini ("Hizmet") sunan Abdullah Kasım Aslan ("Offlayn", "biz") ile Hizmeti kullanan kişi ("sen") arasındadır. Hesap açarak veya uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan Hizmeti kullanma.
Hizmeti kullanmak için 18 yaşını doldurmuş olman gerekir. 18 yaşından küçükler Offlayn'ı yalnızca velisinin kurduğu çocuk telefonu olarak, velisinin hesabı altında kullanabilir.
Hizmet
Offlayn; uygulama limitleri, odak oturumları, zamanlanmış engeller, seri ve rozetler, aile modu, yarışmalar ve tarayıcı uzantısı gibi araçlar sunar. Android'de engelleme, açıkça izin verdiğin Erişilebilirlik hizmetiyle çalışır; iOS 1.0 sürümü yalnızca ebeveyn panelidir.
Offlayn bir öz denetim ve ebeveyn denetimi aracıdır; tıbbi veya psikolojik bir tedavi değildir. Telefon üreticisinin pil yönetimi, işletim sistemi güncellemeleri, izinlerin kapatılması veya güvenli mod gibi bizim kontrolümüz dışındaki durumlarda engellemenin her an kesintisiz çalışacağını garanti edemeyiz. Telefon, mesajlar, acil arama ve sistem ayarları gibi uygulamalar hiçbir zaman engellenmez.
Hesap
Hesabını doğru bir e-posta adresiyle açmalı, şifreni ve aile PIN'ini kimseyle paylaşmamalısın. Hesabında yapılan işlemlerden sen sorumlusun.
Hesabını ve verilerini istediğin zaman uygulamadaki Hesap ekranından silebilirsin (ayrıntılar: Hesabını ve verilerini silme).
Abonelik, ücretsiz deneme ve iptal
Offlayn'ın ücretsiz sürümü yoktur. Premium ve Aile planları aylık veya yıllık otomatik yenilenen aboneliklerdir. Güncel fiyat, satın almadan önce uygulamada ve mağazada gösterilir.
Yeni kullanıcılar mağazanın sunduğu ücretsiz deneme süresiyle başlayabilir. Deneme bitmeden iptal etmezsen abonelik ücretli olarak başlar.
Ödeme, Google Play veya App Store hesabın üzerinden alınır. Abonelik, dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik yenilenir. İptali Google Play'de Ödemeler ve abonelikler, iPhone'da Ayarlar › Apple Hesabı › Abonelikler bölümünden yaparsın; uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
İade talepleri, ödemeyi alan mağazanın (Google veya Apple) kurallarına göre değerlendirilir. Tüketici mevzuatından doğan hakların saklıdır.
Aile modunu yalnızca velisi veya yasal temsilcisi olduğun çocuğun telefonunda kullanabilirsin. Bir yetişkinin telefonunu onun bilgisi ve rızası olmadan izlemek veya kısıtlamak için Offlayn'ı kullanmak yasaktır.
Çocuk telefonu aileye katılırken telefonda bir onay penceresi gösterilir ve denetim açık olduğu sürece telefonda kalıcı bir bildirim görünür. Bu uyarıları gizlemeye çalışmamalısın.
Çocuk telefonu ebeveynin aboneliği kapsamında çalışır; abonelik biterse çocuk telefonundaki koruma da durur.
Gemler, gem paketleri ve yarışmalar
Gemler ve rozetler uygulama içi sanal öğelerdir; parasal değerleri yoktur, nakde çevrilemez, hesaplar arasında satılamaz ve devredilemez (ebeveynin aile içinde çocuğuna hediye etmesi hariç).
Gem paketleri mağaza üzerinden bir kez ödenen ürünlerdir; satın alınan gemler kullanıldığında geri alınamaz. İadeler mağaza kurallarına tabidir.
Yarışmalara (kulüpler ve aile ligi) yalnızca hesap sahibi ebeveyn katılır ve kulüp kurabilir; aile ligi yalnızca aynı ailedeki çocuklar arasındadır. Türkiye geneli bir sıralama yoktur.
Kulüp adlarında hakaret, nefret söylemi, cinsel içerik, kişisel bilgi veya başkasını taklit eden ifadeler kullanılamaz. Uygunsuz bir kulüp adını uygulamadaki Bildir bağlantısıyla veya aşağıdaki adrese yazarak bildirebilirsin; bu tür adları değiştirir veya kaldırırız.
Ödüller yalnızca uygulama içi gem ve rozetlerdir; hile, otomasyon veya sistemi kötüye kullanma tespit edilirse ödülleri geri alabiliriz.
Yasaklı kullanım
Hizmeti; yasalara aykırı amaçlarla, başkasını gizlice izlemek için, sunucularımıza zarar verecek veya güvenlik önlemlerini aşacak şekilde, otomatik araçlarla toplu istek göndererek veya uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle kopyalayarak kullanamazsın. Bu koşulların ağır veya tekrarlanan ihlalinde hesabını askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.
Fikri haklar
Offlayn adı, logosu, tasarımı ve yazılımı bize aittir. Sana Hizmeti kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla kullanman için devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir kullanım hakkı veriyoruz.
Sorumluluğun sınırı
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde; dolaylı zararlardan, kaçırılan bildirim veya aramalardan, engellemenin üçüncü taraf nedenlerle çalışmamasından ve seri veya ödül kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Kasıt ve ağır kusurdan doğan sorumluluk ile tüketici olarak sahip olduğun yasal haklar saklıdır.
Değişiklikler ve sona erme
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikleri uygulamada veya e-postayla önceden duyururuz. Değişiklikten sonra Hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmen yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir. Hesabını silerek bu sözleşmeyi istediğin zaman sona erdirebilirsin.
Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Uyuşmazlıklarda tüketici hakem heyetleri ve tüketici mahkemeleri dahil yasal başvuru yolların saklıdır.

In short: Offlayn is a tool that helps you cut down screen time and social media use. It needs an account and a subscription; payments are taken and cancelled through Google Play or the App Store. You may use Family mode only on the phone of a child you are the parent or guardian of, and with their knowledge. Your personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Who we are and acceptance
These terms are between Abdullah Kasım Aslan ("Offlayn", "we"), who provides the Offlayn app and the offlayn.com website (the "Service"), and you. By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 to use the Service. People under 18 may use Offlayn only as a child phone set up by their parent or guardian, under that parent's account.
The Service
Offlayn offers app limits, focus sessions, scheduled blocks, streaks and badges, Family mode, competitions and a browser extension. On Android, blocking works through the Accessibility service you explicitly allow; iOS version 1.0 is a parent panel only.
Offlayn is a self-control and parental-control tool, not a medical or psychological treatment. We cannot guarantee that blocking works without interruption at all times when things outside our control interfere, such as the manufacturer's battery management, operating-system updates, permissions being turned off or safe mode. Phone, messages, emergency calls and system settings are never blocked.
Your account
Use a valid email address and keep your password and family PIN to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account.
You can delete your account and data at any time from the Account screen in the app (see Deleting your account and data).
Subscriptions, free trial and cancellation
There is no free version of Offlayn. Premium and Family are monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. The current price is shown in the app and the store before you buy.
New users may start with the free trial offered by the store. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts.
Payment is charged to your Google Play or App Store account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, or on iPhone under Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions; deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Refund requests are handled under the rules of the store that took the payment (Google or Apple). Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
You may use Family mode only on the phone of a child you are the parent or legal guardian of. Using Offlayn to monitor or restrict an adult's phone without their knowledge and consent is prohibited.
When a child phone joins a family, a consent screen is shown on that phone, and a persistent notification stays visible while supervision is on. Do not try to hide these notices.
A child phone runs under the parent's subscription; if the subscription ends, protection on the child phone stops too.
Gems, gem packs and competitions
Gems and badges are in-app virtual items. They have no monetary value, cannot be cashed out, sold or transferred between accounts (except a parent gifting gems to their own child within the family).
Gem packs are one-time store purchases; gems that have been spent cannot be returned. Refunds follow the store's rules.
Only the parent account holder can join competitions (clubs and the family league) and create clubs; the family league is only between children in the same family. There is no nationwide ranking.
Club names must not contain insults, hate speech, sexual content, personal information or impersonation. You can report an inappropriate club name with the Report link in the app or by writing to the address below; we will change or remove such names.
Rewards are in-app gems and badges only. We may take rewards back if we detect cheating, automation or abuse.
Prohibited use
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to secretly monitor anyone, in ways that harm our servers or get around security measures, by sending bulk automated requests, or by reverse-engineering and copying the app. We may suspend or close your account for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
Intellectual property
The Offlayn name, logo, design and software belong to us. We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, missed notifications or calls, blocking that fails for third-party reasons, or lost streaks or rewards. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and your statutory rights as a consumer, are not affected.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; we will announce important changes in advance in the app or by email. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new terms. You can end this agreement at any time by deleting your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your statutory remedies, including consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts, are not affected.
